This development was quite unusual for Fisher and Dean as we were working in partnership with North Somerset Council, Knightstone Housing Association and CSBA. (Community Self Build Agency). The project was to build 14 flats on the site of a previous office block for ex-service personnel who also worked on the build. The build was designed to help the service personnel re-build their lives and for them to build a place to live. The contract included demolition and site clearance before the build could begin and the project was delivered ahead of schedule.
