Fisher & Dean Construction has evolved from the well-established Fisher and Dean brand that has been around since 1990. We are the same established team but with the addition of a few new faces as the company continues its expansion. Our ethos of providing quality build projects on time and on budget and which has in the past given our business its strong reputation remains firmly embedded in the philosophy of the Senior Management Team today

Whether you are looking for a modern one bedroom apartment or a five bedroom uniquely designed property we build them all including 2, 3 or 4 bed properties, flats and apartments, we have the skills, the experience and the team to meet your needs.

Contracting is in our blood and it fulfils a large percentage of the work we undertake. Projects include building out single plots for private customers to fulfilling extensive commercial projects such as Leisure centres & Call Centres. We are also extremely skilled in restoration projects on buildings that have declined, turning them from a dilapidated to a beautiful building.

Even though we are a well renowned and award winning house builder both residential and commercial, we have a wealth of knowledge in all fields and all technologies utilising both traditional techniques and latest technology, There isn’t a build or site infrastructure problem which we haven’t been able to find and work around yet!

This area of the business is where we have cemented our reputation over the years with our own house builds winning many awards along the way. Properties range from 2 bedroom bungalows to luxury houses and apartments. We are renowned for our attention to detail, quality and value for money of each build we do.

The team

Gareth

Director

Gareth is a bricklayer by trade and has been in the industry since a small boy! He started his career with Laings & joined Fisher & Dean at its inception. He has responsibility for fulfilling the Construction / Contracts Managers role.

Dave

Director

Dave is a 3rd generation builder who is a carpenter by trade. Dave has been with Fisher & Dean since its inception and is now responsible for all the business aspects of running the company.

Darren

Site Manager

Darren is a new member to the Senior Management Team having been with Fisher and Dean for close to a decade, he is a carpenter by trade and in a previous life worked for National House builders.

Paul

Site Manager

Paul is a new member of the Senior Management Team and like Darren has a carpenter background. Before Fisher and Dean, Paul worked for number of National House builders.
