Apple Farm Lane Apple Farm is a select site of 14 cottage style houses ranging from 2 bed terraced to 5 bed detached propoerites. Situated in the rural setting of West Wick, on the edge of Weston Super Mare.
	Dunnett Barn A beautifully restored barn set in the idyllic Somerset countryside. A unique project undertaken by Fisher and Dean turn to transform this derelict barn into a wonderful 3 bedroom home with stunning views.
Glencroft Way Glencroft Way is a private road with 8 individually designed, cottage styled houses. They include a 3, 4 and 5 beds all with unique cottage features. The development is located just on the edge of Kewstoke & won yet another Civic award.
	Weston Hospital (Hans Price Close) The old Weston Hospital site was tastefully restored and converted into a modern, landmark development. Providing a succesful mix of old and new designs and achieving two Weston Civic awards.
